Description

Part two of our Botany and Brew series will look at everyone's favorite fermented beverage--kombucha! Join Katie, The Booch Witch, as she talks about the history of kombucha, how it's made, why it's good for your gut, and some tips for brewing your own! Your admission includes the kombucha discussion and a sampling of a variety of kombucha flavors! Kits to brew your own kombucha at home will be available for purchase after the event!  Event takes place at Severson Dells Nature Center.  $12 members/ $15 non members.
